Check-in time from 3:00 PM
Check-in will be self-managed with instructions provided via email or WhatsApp.
Check-out time: by 10:00 AM
Failure to comply with this time will result in a penalty charge of 1 night's stay
A late check-out can be requested (subject to availability), with an additional charge of 50% of the rate for 1 night
Guests must minimize noise to avoid disturbing other guests and/or the property owners who live on the upper floor, especially during the night hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM
It is NOT allowed to organize parties
Smoking is NOT allowed inside the building
It is NOT allowed to host external people who are not registered within the facility
Failure to comply with these rules could result in reporting, if necessary, to the local police and guests will have to leave the accommodation starting from 8:00 am on the following day.
